Jolly good show, OP. I'd kill for a plate of that.

I made pork tenderloin last night and my original plan was to make a beer-and-onion gravy for it all, but my handwritten directions relied a bit too much on memory. Ended up just doing a regular roast instead, turned out perfectly delicious. But I've had a deep, deep hankering for some mashed potatoes and brown gravy for some time now.

You're right, but then again we're talking about English cooking in an airport terminal. Just be glad they get butterknives still. People have had those confiscated in London (those poor nanny state babies).
