You can absolutely get bidon cages that will take a wine bottle, some have retention devices to keep it in.
With only a little googling, you'll find accessories for hipster fixies that are literally designed to hold a Pabst Blue Ribbon or two.

Lots of bottle cages can be pretty snug and the bolts don't generally protrude into the cage itself. Those are pretty loose and the bottles will probably just fall out but see what I said above: >>10566247
