He has to jam a flow restricter in a $160 brewista artisan because of the uneven flow. When he corrects this(in this picture with a valve jammed into the end of his kettle), the brew water clears up so kettle churn is absolutely a thing. Same thing the md does. But you need a little agitation in percolation brew so I bloom without the md and stir as necessary. Its not like we're talking about a fucking porcupress.
