so, besides you are full of shit, I recently perused the grocery store websites in the UK and germany, and compared the sugar content of foods like bread etc. between US and over there.

I found little difference in sugar content of breads in grocery stores anywhere.

sugary snacks and sugary foods are prevalent everywhere.

the simple fact is (regardless of where you live in the world), when manufacturers want to sell a product they add extra fat, salt, and/or sugar because that's what your inner monkey wants.

There are 2 grocery stores within walking distance, and 5 more less than 3 miles from me.
I don't walk to them because it's 113° and I am not poor.

I buy groceries once a week because I don't want to have to spend an hour each day getting food.
