I made a variation of my recipe today. Didn't have green onions on hand. Went with a stronger sauce, upgrading the shoyus and mirin to 1tbsp each. I like it but maybe a bit less mirin is needed actually.
Made it to try out a brand of somen which are these really thin noodles. I like them.
Brunswick herring filet, a solid and tasty lunch.
