for me, its not easy for me to not eat normally. but I can tell you what its like for me. I don't really like sweets. I don't hate them, I just, don't crave them. I think it might have started when i tried japanese deserts, japan's traditional deserts along with the chinese dim sum deserts, are less sweet than their western counterparts. Eventually things that are sweet are just too sweet for me to really stomach alot of. I used to buy cakes and the like and enjoy them, but nowdays I stick to savory, spicy, salty, vinegary foods.

I also like vegetables, I'm not very good about eating them, but I think they add things to a meal even if they are hard to chew. It's mostly the effort in eatin them that tempers my hand, but I love the idea of fresh food and the variety and color vegetables add to meals. I usually cook for myself. Long stewed soups, mexican food home made, Sandwiches with lots vegetables, olives, and cheese. I eat spinach instead of lettuce. I remain active. I go to places on bike and foot. I dont have a car, but even if I did I wouldn't take it to many places.

I also drink a lot of water. ALOT of water. probably 2 2 litres a day. Sometimes water is hard to stomach, I add things like tea and maybe abit of juice to give the water a taste I can suck down quickly, other days the plain water is just fine. I almost never drink things that have calories, even diet sodas or drinks aren't desirable to me. (these are also not good for you as they raise your insulin when eating a meal, making you absorb more of the meal). Occasionally I'll treat myself to milk or non alcoholic cider.

My weaknesses are mostly for fatty foods, which I try to balance with good fats like avacados, and fiberous bread filled with grains. I especially like natures harvest. they have a whole grain buttermilk loaf. I never buy reduced fat things like peanut butter, which are usually loaded with sugar, and I try my best to avoid sugary things

I'm 5'8'' and 150lb, A cup.

>>ITT, having some skills in cooking and backing makes you a hipster and a terrible person.
The only hipsters on fourchan are the ginormous number of faggots who ridicule people for shit like "they bake bread and wore a hat, haha stupid athiests, what a faggot"

Picture related, It both clearly demonstrates OP's difficulties in life while displaying an awesome hat I own.
