Canada, Quebec specifically has something similar where you can buy beer and wine and like kids alcohol like smirnoff ice and 4 loko type shit in grocery stores and corner stores - but then anything stronger than those is sold only in government stores.

I don't mind, there's plenty of the stores around with great selections and also we've got the lowest drinking age in the country. Also thank fuck those and the government weed stores remained opened during the lockdowns.

I haven't had milk in a bag since I was a kid, there's still plastic milk-bag containers at my parents place but they also just get cartons of milk they use the milk container to like store celery.

Otherwise I used to enjoy just grabbing a half-empty bag of milk and sucking straight from it like a teat.

Tom Green also would use them in his Canadian show.
