Outside of North American produced food it's actually not in that common, because we don't have the massive import taxes on sugar and massive subsidies of corn production that make it cheaper to use HFCS in food production.

But, if it is present in the UK you may see it labelled as Glucose-Fructose Syrup, or Fructose-Glucose Syrup. Or possibly isoglucose. Never as sugar
