I've never been able to discern a taste or smell from it. Was made to use it for garnish at one restaurant I worked at. I told them It just looks cheap but what the fuck do I know. The only bloody reason you would want to use parsley is for a layer of freshness so I dont get why you would bother using dried. Other herbs I do prefer dried like thyme. Fresh thyme (for me) just has this gluggy kind of oily feel.
