Hi /ck/

My debut thread >>12950900 was a success and it seemed like for most of you it was the fact that I was cooking and not actually what I was cooking. So I'm going to do it all again. We're freestyling again and ended up with essentially chilli made with left over roast pork.

I like to start by cutting everything up and putting in a bowl so when it comes time I can just pour it in the pan. I also enjoy the organisation part of it and the colours.

Today I'm using diced onion and garlic, diced green capsicum, corn kernels, kidney beans, diced roast pork, chopped jalapenos, a can of tomatoes which I've blitzed in the food processor with some oregano, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil, and a secret blend of spices.
