Currently cutting, last fast food meal was the mcd "crispy" sandwich, which is obviously a shot at cfa and was simply ok, not great.

>How the fuck does that happen?
Orthostatic hypotension's very common, especially in tall people with low blood pressure.

No, he's right. My dad was diabetic-- type 2. Got it in his 20s. He was over 300lb before. Literally urinated out all his excess weight when it first struck though. I'm 38 and my panels are still perfect. Not even close to PRE-diabetes, let alone diabetes. Yet I love soda and spike my blood sugar all the time. Both my dad and my doctor told me the important thing is not getting overweight, and I believe them because I've been a skinny fuck my whole life and it's paid off regardless of my admittedly retarded dietary behaviors.
You can look this up too. It's a common myth that the kinds of food consumed are what cause type 2 'betes. So I'm not guilty of "just trust me bro" I'll throw this example out there--

>With Type 2 diabetes, though we know sugar doesn’t directly cause Type 2 diabetes, you are more likely to get it if you are overweight. You gain weight when you take in more calories than your body needs, and sugary foods and drinks contain a lot of calories.
The idea is no matter what you eat or drink it only ever has a correlation with developing diabetes INDIRECTLY. Because USUALLY if you eat or drink garbage you'll also be overweight. But eat or drink garbage at a calorie deficit and you don't get the same result.
There's a whole mess of genetic factors involved since some people never get it no matter how heavy they become. But nobody legit claims spiking your blood sugar when you're underweight causes 'betes. You get it when you're underweight and you're an exception to the rule, probably because of genetics but also possibly like in my dad's case you didn't get medical checkups for years and were already bad enough to urinate out your weight by the time you ended up diagnosed with it.
