And finally challenger Tiki Doomer presents "Sweet and Savoury Scotched Tea Egg." The egg yolk has been replaced with an iced Chai Tea mixed with sweet condensed milk and poached in lavender tea while the pork sausage crust has a bit of matcha in the mix. A very high risk strategy, but will this mix-up work well with the judges?

And those are the round 4 submissions! Since I forgot to do the voting thread yesterday because i was very busy with IRL shit the voting will go until Sunday at midnight CEST. Thanks to the 4 anons who submitted dishes in round 4 and best of luck to those who move onto the final round!

For your consideration, I present a sweet and savory scotched tea egg. It’s a soft boiled egg with the yolk removed and replaced with Thai iced tea – which has been thickened to emulate a molten yolk and mixed with sweetened condensed milk – cracked and poached in lavender tea, and then wrapped in a pork sausage and breaded with a panko, rosemary, and matcha crust before being deep fried.
