There was a superbowl ad for beyond burgers. They're actually quite popular. Most supermarkets carry them as do a lot of smaller grocery stores. Look at their stock currently. They set a record IPO going public. It's not going anywhere anytime soon.
Also most vegans I know think it's gross. I'm vegan and I've eaten two of them, but I grew up on meat and dairy so it was nice to try it while maintaining my ethical stance on animal products.
I think the people spamming the threads are probably the antivegans as I see samefagging in each thread about soy and veganism being 'gay' and feminist or whatever.
