Eating slightly fewer Big Macs and ''''family'''''''' size bags of chips per week is an easy sacrifice for many more years of good health. "Quality of life" as determined by indulgence vs. good health isn't even a choice one has to make if they know how to cook and/or aren't addicted to food.
