If you're fat it's because you love food and hate exercise. I can sympathise with both of those, by the way.
But if you love food and you try this Soylent diet of yours you'll want to blow your fucking brains out after a few days at most. It's completely unrealistic and you fucking know it. Change your diet and start going for a nice long walk in the nice weather. I'm sure you can get a pedometer app on your phone. Aim for at least 10k steps every day.
And don't reward yourself with snacks when you meet that goal.
If you're so fucking savvy about health and diet you already know it takes time and there are no easy solutions.
You'll just have to accept you're not getting that beach body this Summer and aim for next year instead.
