That's exactly the same thing they used to say about tobacco. It's no secret that nutritional science has been captured when it comes to certain products, and soy has a very conspicuous confounding variable (fermentation) that is routinely ignored by researchers and so called experts. Eat soy if you're willing to risk the consequences, but don't go around deluding people into thinking it's safe because le science men say it's probably fine.
