Yesterday, I bought 2 packs of salted duck eggs from the Asian grocery store and ate 10 eggs through out the day because they were so good. One salted duck egg has a bit more than half of the amount of sodium you're supposed to have in a day. I drank a huge amount of water because the eggs made me so thirsty, and 24 hours later I've barely pissed out any of the water. I feel bloated and horrible from all retaining all of that water. Is there anything I can do or eat to speed up getting rid of all that excess water? All I've had to eat today is some oranges, more water, and coffee and I still haven't peed much out.
