They're called dodol, anon. They're not really pandan sweets, just so happened that you had pandan flavored dodol. There's durian flavor too, but the original is basically palm sugar candy. Pic related, green is pandan, yellow durian and dark brown is palm sugar.

You can look up how to make it yourself, shouldn't be too hard to find the ingredients.
