I like Chicago and its peasant foods, vastly better than NYC or LA, but their faggoty shrieking about ketchup on hot dogs is worse than listening to pink hat women crow about Trump. Every fucking hot dog stand there carries it, so why not use it? But on top of that, the custom is some dumb shibboleth for smalltown transplants to try and pretend they're grown-up big city types. There's no surer way to tell somebody you're not actually from Chicago than by crying and squirting one's maxi pad about fucking hot dogs and ketchup on a constant basis.
