Not really. They're thin frozen sheets of 'beef' paste that easily fold up when cooked.
Super processed mass produced slop but they taste pretty good if a little bland.
I usually put them in a sandwich and toss on some Kraft singles or cheez whiz for a white trash steak and cheese.
