>none of them believe me that they should be on a high fat high vegetable diet with low carbs and some protein
>they insist canola oil is healthy and good for their heart
>they drink juice with as much sugar as soda because it's 'healthy'
>they think they are on a diet but don't lose any weight
>give up each time because it's too hard
I wish I could help them. They're gonna die before they're 60, feels bad man.
