they taste absolutely different you're eating garbage cheapo cheese like pic related. if this is your frame of reference, you literally do not know what you're talking about. be a big boy and go to the store, and buy actual fucking parmesan and actual fucking pecorino. you don't even need to spend much money which is the saddest part of this.

it's like complaining that bananas taste similar to cotton candy but you've only had banana flavored candy. or you don't like tomatoes because you've had ketchup. or you don't like cheddar because you've had cheese whiz.
