I'm gay because women are evil, but anyways, I bought a rack of baby back ribs at the farmers market the other week and had em stored in my freezer a while.

I defrosted them overnight and seasoned them with salt, pepper, and mustard powder - wanted to keep it simple. Wrapped em in foil and baked at 250F for about 4 hours total, flipping over once (not sure if you need to).

Gonna chill them, bring them with us, then when u get to cabin/picnic area u light the charcoal on the grill and put the ribs on and brush em with sauce (I got jarred sauce I had other stuff to cook) and heat em through - would take too long on a picnic grill with raw ribs
