What spices & herbs do you have on hand? Pics definitely welcome

Me:

Cumin, cumin seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, parsley, paprika, cayenne, nutmeg, cinnamon, bay leaf, ground clove, red chili flakes, da kine hawaiin rub, green cardamom, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, coriander powder, turmeric, some indian chili powder, asafoetida.

I been wanting to experiment with Indian food, so if anyone sees what I can make with the spices I have on hand, that'd be fucking awesome.

Also, does spice quality matter, and is it noticable? I used to buy some spices at a local spice shop, but they raised up their prices a bit; I started to buy cheap spices from the grocery ($1) to save money.
