What are some foods you tried to get into but gagged after 1 bite? For me it's Japanese curry. Stuff looks delicious but eating it made me gag and almost throw up.

You’ve been asked to create your ideal pot of Japanese-style curry rice, cooked purely to your own tastes. What’s your:

>Protein?
>Vegetables?
>Pre-made roux (which brand) or homemade?
>Add-ins?
>Grain?
>Thick or thin?
>What do you do with leftovers?

Here’s mine

>Thinly-sliced beef or pork
>Onions, carrots, cauliflower
>Pre-made (½ Vermont ½ Kokumaro)
>Garam masala, honey, bulldog sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, a couple of bay leaves and a spoonful of paste beef stock
>White rice or Cauliflower rice
>Thick enough to coat the ingredients
>Curry udon or reheated and eaten with rice
