Wrong.

Bring 2 cuos good olive oil to just under its smoke point (about 300F), take all leaves off stems and fill a vitamix about 1/2-2/3 full, VERY CAREFULL dump the scalding hot oil in, put lid on, turn blender on high for about 3-4 minutes, strain in cheese cloth.

Enjoy delicious neon green oil that wont go rancid after a week because you fried all the water out of it when you blitzed it

Be careful this is really dangerous but 100% works
