no one who complains about wagyu has ever actually eaten it. it's just poor flyovers coping that it's not worth it. I literally worked in a Japanese yakiniku restaurant for 5 years that served nothing but beef and all beef was wagyu a5 imported from japan or American wagyu from snake river farms here in US. every single cut from the short rib to the large intestines and heart are profoundly delicious. and incomparable to the regular shit you get in a supermarket or even your average butcher shop. don't listen to the crab bucket faggots here who eat taco bell on the daily and think their opinion actually means something.
