The whole point of the hot dog is that it can be served from a cart.

Making it into a dine-in restaurant destroys the hot dog business

>slow sales because lardass customers take 2 hours to eat and chit chat

So you have to raise the price to make up for some of the lost revenue, but then nobody wants a regular hot dog for a higher price. So then you have to make them faggy and "elevated" with gay toppings to justify the price. It ends up being a huge cope and essentially an overpriced hot dog no one really wants.
