Please note the corn was cooked usually the night before and the corn ground just moments before serving
Nutrients abound in this setting
And some nitwits will say whatever about flour desu they can keep it
On occasion ill have flour tortillas when traveling still i rather keep it at out of my system its junk food

Tortillas are pretty awesome

Toast them a bit and the have a popcorn taste keep them covered and they steam in a very nice way too

Yeah thats a certainty only junk foods are popular as are fatty or sugary items no need to talk about salt since it goes hand in hand with lemon/lime on basically everything
