Only had it once, about 15 years or so ago, the absolute worst I've ever felt in my life.
There was an olive dip in my mother's fridge a few months out of date but it was sealed so I thought it would be OK, boy was I wrong.
Splitting headaches that would leave and return without warning, my body violently evacuating the contents of my stomach from all ends, even when there was nothing left the convulsions would get worse just to stir up long forgotten bits of half eaten food/drink so that could be violently ejected from ass and mouth as well, often at the simultaneously.
They had to put a nappy on me just so I could lay down inside on the couch and not have shit everywhere. Prior to that I was laying on the grass in the yard moaning and puking everywhere and shitting my pants and calling for God to just get it over with and kill me dead right there and then.
