This is a interior photo of The Pine Club Steakhouse in Dayton, Ohio and has won't praise and notoriety from The New York Times and Food Network.
They don't take table reservations, they told the President of the United States to wait for a table like everyone else.

They also only accept cash.
Accepting only cash keeps the riffraff out.

The Pine Club Steakhouse of Dayton, Ohio

They don't do 'reservations' and told the Secret Service detail of the President of the United States to sit down wait 45 minutes for the next available table like everyone else.

The menu hasn't changed for 75 years.
