It’s almost the same as chicken tiki masala. Where I order it the ask for your desired spice level 1 to 10. When I first ordered it I asked for a 5 and it wasn’t very hot and spicy at all so now I ask for 8 and it’s perfect aaxvj

Hi /ck/
I've been on a cut for the last couple of months and my cheat meal has often been Butter Chicken from the local Indian restaurant down the road from my house. I love how rich and sweet and strong the flavour is.
I'm about to start bulking again and want to be able to cook something similar for myself. I'm aware that they probably sweeten it up a bit for take-away to make it more appealing so I know it won't come out quite the same way, but I want to be able to do a reasonable and delicious impression.
I've been eating a curry I made up myself which is chicken breasts marinaded in spices + yoghurt and then I drop it into a sauce of chicken stock and passata with garlic, onion and ginger.
I know that for a proper version I ought to use chicken thighs instead of breasts, and to sweeten it I should use cashew paste which is pureed cashews soaked in either milk, cream or coconut milk, depending on who you ask.
Any advice other than this? What spices should I use for the characteristic flavour? I'm fairly bad at spices since I'm used to cooking Italian food which has very little.
If you have a recipe for naan that I can make in advance and keep in my fridge to take to work, I'd appreciate that too since I much prefer bread to rice with my curry.

I know I can easily google this, and I have. But I'm unsure of specifics so I'm going to ask here because I trust 4chan more (hah). Mommy made me some butter chicken on friday at 3pm, I forgot to eat it and it is now monday at 4:14pm. Is butter chicken still safe to eat?

Thank you from me and mommy.
