My idea of poor might be a bit different than others but here's one of my favorites:

>put a couple chicken thighs I that shit nigga

>add two cans f diced tomatoes bitch
>chop and saute onion, garlic, and serrano pepper

>shred chicken
>add sliced carrots
>add lentils
>season with what the fuck ever you want

This is the dumbest fucking thread ever. If you're not cooking with olive oil or butter than "too hot" to cook a steak isn't really a problem. If you are adding olive oil or butter you turn the fucking heat down a bit.

Subway is shit tier but I occasionally enjoy a meatball sub on Italian herb and cheese with pepperoni, provolone, bell pepper and spinach
