I went to the eiffel tower in august years ago on a tourist trip to eat cheese and whatever on a picnic. We bought a bottle of champagne but it wasnt cold so we went around the park asking dozens of vendors and they were absolutely befuddled by the question as if manmade ice didnt exist. I think we got some from one of the somalian guys or whatever that walks around selling water. Europoors literally cant understand why you would want a cold drink on a 90f day.
