You don't know shit about fuck. I literally grew up next to the sea and ate salmon freshly caught 2 kilometers off the coast. At one point my mother was working for the local fish cannery and I had about a kilogram or two of free salmon coming in every other week. Hur dur dur more.

I went to my doctor and got put on adderall, which really helped me keep a strict 1800 kcal for a few months. I walk about 12 miles a day so 1800 is drastically below what I needed but boy I just was not hungry. If you get a little bit of amphetamine in your system and eat simple balanced diet you'll be just fine

>breakfast 6am
One serving of oats with 2 tbsp of peanutbutter and a big coffee 400 kcal
>snack 9am
Usually fresh fruit, possibly granola bar, some nuts, anything light totalling 200 kcal
>first lunch 11 am
Protein shake (2 scoops 50g protein) 400 kcal
>second lunch 1:30 pm
Usually a light carb and protein from last night dinner like chicken and rice (possibility that I combine both lunches at noon and eat 600-700 at noon)
>dinner 6pm
Protein, simple carb (no breads), green vegetables. dealers choice on what and this is where you can add or subtract how much you eat based on how many calories you burned that day.

Stop drinking, or switch to the highest proof straight alcohol you can find and only have one or two shots
