lel same here for binge/fast. i just have fruits and vegs most of the time and once or twice a month hit the restaurant food, then fast.

it is interesting how the body adapts and also how it eventually lets you know that a fast is needed as if extra residues accumulated, like when using a strainer

and for the yt thing i guess youd eventually get subscribers, the thing is popular enough as to not need much effort. the only way to lnow is doing it.
