I find shaking works better than stirring. If you're not getting up to temp, there are 3 things you can do. Don't use an extension cord, longer runs of cord will affect your heater. Add more beans, more mass will trap more heat. I haven't personally done the 3rd, but people run their poppers in a cardboard box to trap hot air. People do preheat their poppers, I'm setting artisan to do it right now. Still working on dialing in a "general" profile for espresso.

Look at this abomination I wired up. Recycling coffee cans is pretty lulzy, but I'm just going to build a box and mount everything next. Screen, bluetooth, fan control, heater control, pid. Everything working perfectly, just dialing in variables now.
