the person on the left is a cartoon because there's nobody IRL who does that, it's just a straw man that carnists invented to explain why they can't eat broccoli without gagging. THe person on the right is also mislabeled because he's actually done a good job building a good physique. Carnists don't have the discipline or intelligence for that relatively simple task. Hence why they wil say stuff like "it's not fat it's muscle" and "I may get winded climbing one flight of stairs but I can do over 6 plates on the leg press machine"
