Delicious and typically spicy as fuck upon request, but the heat stops whenever you stop actively eating it. So it's a fun repeat of working yourself to edge of your heat tolerance, dialing back, then rushing back up till you can't take anymore

Szechuan food is amazing (if you can handle the spice). So much better than garbage overly-sweet americanized Chinese food. Mapo Dofu is one example of an amazing Chinese dish.
