I don't know if it's it hoarding but I have saved them in a freezer to make stock but it never worked out well, I just didn't get the recipe right.

You can't go wrong with a knoor(sp?) spanish rice packet, better than the vigo yellow rice. Make them separately, do the rice first, set it aside then the chicken, then you have both. Mix and match.
This stuff pic related goes on the chicken really nicely, for a boring Friday night I'm thinking of doing this myself.

The best goat curry is likely from Jaimaica or the generally the Caribbean.
This Walkerswood stuff is pretty good, but not easy to find in stores.
