I've got a wug2 with hyperaligned 80mm ditting lab sweets in hotswap carriers. Not sure what burrs I'm going to get next. Here's the video of the "axial wobble" of mine before they shipped it out. Looks like 0.012mm?

Why would there be a particle size distribution? They don't make burrs. They make a variable rpm hyper aligned swapable burr grinder that spins several sizes.

Yep. Way easier to grind and keep a consistent rpm when you "slow feed" in light beans by tiling your grinder at 45deg, but its going to tweak the distribution. Just little shit to keep in mind. When you've got an easy to grind bean, you don't have to sperg out and grind as quickly as possible.

A good motor with a shitty driveshaft is going to make a shitty grinder. A good motor and good driveshaft with poorly aligned burrs is going to make a shitty grinder. When you start getting into the stupidtiers of grinders you're talking about an entirely different world of machining. The guys I ordered from sent me a video during assembling showing ~0.012mm of concentric variance. You could probably have 10x the variance on that part and not notice it in the cup, but at that level of precision I'm just going to assume literally everything else is machined as close to perfection as they can reasonably get it.
