I’m retarded anon and I didn’t take that shot because I was dying inside.

I swear the reverse searing procedure was correct and the inside was perfectly coloured, unlike pic related who was done straight in the pan where you can see the grey edges and pink inside.

Too bad the meat tasted like stable. Really it had the flavour you feel when you enter a stable and smell all the animals there.

I hated making practice on a 35€ steak lads.
