Hey coo/ck/s,

I smoked up about 12 lbs of pulled pork yesterday. Im tontemplating a couple decent ideas of what to do with the copious leftovers, but i do enjoy input from you guys.

My ideas consist of:
1. adding this to a store prepped (not frozen) cheese pizza and and adding green onions and bbq sauce
2. Bbq pork nachos seem like a free space on a bingo card at this point. Pretty self explanatory.
3. Enchiladas. A bit more work to be sure, but holy shit theyre good.

I'd love any insight or past dishes you all might recommend.
