Look at this fucking blender I picked up at Goodwill. I almost feel like crying. This is the blender of my youth. We would make simple milkshakes with this: vanilla ice cream, milk, and canned or fresh fruit. It's still the only legitimate use I know of for that sweet syrup that canned fruit swims in. I remember everything about this damn blender and I don't know why it didn't even cross my mind when I picked up the other one. The colors, the wordmarks, the order of the speeds (I didn't know what "Frappé" meant and I always forgot to look it up), the sound of the motor.

And independent of all that, I think it's a gorgeous appliance. Just look at it!
