My dentist says if I keep drinking soda it will rot my teeth into nothing because my saliva doesn't buffer the acids properly. What are some good non-acidic mixers for whisky, to which I am addicted and cannot stop consuming - so suggestions to stop drinking will not be appreciated.

My eating is fine.
But my drinking isn't. I'd definitely be in better shape if I quit the boosing. The good trousers are starting to get a little tight to be honest.

None of the above you listed, I Had my knee replaced and couldn't find a job for years and this is the first place to give me work. They have placed me in a odd place though because they don't want to pay me over the table so I can't use them as work experience or references. Most of the time is at work is spent helping the cooks or waitstaff, I only spend about 6 hours really washing. Hell I spend around 3 hours just standing around talking or reading news and stuff on my phone. Moneys to good to pass up and thats why I Keep the job. Chef also doesn't mind that I go to the bar down the road during lunch but so does half our waitstaff does.

It's honestly not that much more cringe worthy than those losers who ask for a beer without a glass and then proceed to drink it directly from the bottle.

Beer and Rum

When I was 21 I got my knee replaced, after the doctor cut off the morphine I started drinking to compensate for the pain. Even after the pain was mostly under control I kept drinking. It made doing all sorts of stuff fun, gave me a confidence boost when I was out, Made me more social ect ect. After about 2 years my friends start moving on with there lives and I stayed the same. Slowly started drinking more and more, when I was 24 I ended up in the Hospital for 3 days because I drank a handle of R&R in 3 hours and woke up in horrid pain, Doctors said I drank so much my spleen started hemorrhaging badly. They almost took it out but the bleeding stopped after a day. Now im 26, working as a dishwasher 3 days a week living with my parents with no car. Can barely talk to women anymore. I feel as if I can't even get a buzz anymore just go from sober to sloppy drunk. Hardly do I ever find the middle ground anymore and I am getting worse by the week. Now I drink before work during my lunch break and after work. I can barely eat now and its hard for me to eat anything more then a small sandwich or a slice of pizza without throwing up. I really need to quit but I just can't.

TL:dr I started because it was a from of physical pain management and spiraled hard and now I drink to keep the depression and demons of the past suppressed.
