Do Americans not have bread sauce? It's fucking delicious, try it the next time you have roast turkey.

The flavour comes primarily from onion and cloves that are used in making the sauce, and apparently you're also meant to use nutmeg and bay leaves but I've never made it with those. Then of course salt and pepper are necessary too.

It's pretty easy to make or you can just buy a packet where you just add water or whatever. Even the packet stuff is worth trying.
