3 ripe avocados
1 full white onion (fuck it)
4 raw jalapenos, chopped, w/ seeds
2 juiced limes
3 roma tomatoes, diced
like 4 big scoops of full fat greek yogurt
cayenne
salt
pepper
cumin

I put it on top of fries.

The only thing I agree with is the fact that I have to deal with the someone else handling my food, but I'm not worried about my food being tampered with, no it's the fact that no matter what tip you give a driver they always feel the need to waste my time and deliver multiple orders at once. No matter the tip these fuckheads take their time and my food is always lukewarm or even cold.
One of these days when I'm finally driving I'm going to employ myself for Doordash or some similar shit just to outpace the college cucks that do this bullshit. Hot food = Better tips you morons.

Honestly the best way is to eat better. That's the gay but true answer. Caffeine is a testy drug. The only ways I've made caffeine work were either consuming with a lot of fat so that it doesn't hit so hard, or drinking green tea due to the L-theanine content. Otherwise, just eating better will provide the energy you need. Some people do great on low fat, high carb diets (Okinawans), some do better on the reverse (Inuit, keto people), etc etc. Fucking around with food until you find what works for you is the true patrician way.

At place where I worked we served this but with some chocolate added in as well. It was called Django Lassi. Not kidding.

I also once ate a huge bowl of pho for one of those contests where they give you a ridiculous amount of food and you have to eat it all within a certain amount of time. I got a t-shirt and a pretty nice bowl/spoon/chopstick set.
