I like medium well, myself. I know that's probably too done for most, but I've made peace with that.

If the burger is too big for me to handle I'm gonna do what I need to. If I have to cut it in half, cool. If I need to use a fork, that's fine too.
Hopefully I don't have to, but if you make your burger too big don't put it on me when I need utensils to take it down.

Johnny's Jawaiian Burger in Hamamatsu is absolutely worth a visit.
But 4 patties is too many. Go 2 maximum.

The smallish woman who organized the trip out there convinced me to go for it because she was getting one too. She them proceeded to split it with someone, playing me for a fool. It was too much, man.
