Reporting back on this. I have to say: this is actually the best candy bar I've had in a long time. It's not clear from the packaging, but it's actually literally peanut brittle. It has a lot of peanuts and not that much candy coating so it's not that hard to bite through. But there's enough that the entire bite is crunchtastic when you chew it. Strong but not overwhelming caramel and roasted-peanut flavors. The peanuts are fresh and crunchy, not at all waxy like Payday tends to be. I would say an honest 9.5/10. Honestly though, all of the chocolate getting so much worse has lowered standards to the point where just good, fresh peanut brittle blows away almost anything with chocolate. it is good though, better than any like local candy store peanut brittle i've had, just by virtue of a thinner coating with an extremely crisp set.
