Nothing is obviously ideal and a whole bottle a week is obviously too much. But you're obviously trying to minmax your alcoholism like a shitcunt so lucky for you the British government has already run the numbers on how to binge drink while causing minimum acceptable harm.

Assuming 40% abv, a 750mL bottle should be spaced out over two weeks, and you should not drink more than 120mL in a single day.

If you're drinking higher or lower abv, figure out how many Standard Drink Units that works out to and follow this guideline.
